Reports to: Head of Strategy Job Overview/Purpose: To drive forward marketing campaigns for the agency by leveraging new creative ideas, content sources and media production strategies with the focus of setting the agency’s overarching strategy.
Responsibilities and Duties:
To develop marketing strategies that dictate the core methods of achieving BLU Flamingo goals To examine market and industry reports and identify important trends To perform market research regarding customer demographics and advise the leadership team To host focus groups to test the effectiveness of a marketing strategy or gauge public opinion on a strategy or campaign. To meet with clients to discuss their goals for an upcoming marketing campaign To create documentation and project briefs about marketing initiatives To provide advice to the Group Creative Director on all creative projects To monitor the progress of marketing media throughout development To track results of marketing strategies To adjust or end marketing strategies if results are not meeting expectations To drive production of four (4) case studies a year and enter the group for industry awards with the aim of winning at least one award a year.
