-Design and implement a monthly social media strategy to align with the client's marketing plan.
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily on Facebook and Twitter for the relevant accounts.
-Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns- awareness days, hospital programs, and other monthly campaigns.

As the Head of Client Operations, I was in charge of the Digital Marketing team and also oversaw the Client Services and Management departments. I was able to achieve this through:
- Communicating and corresponding between clients and marketing team to achieve quality work.
- Creating feasible structures and plans for the marketing team's flow of work.- Working with the copywriters and designers to ensure content is relevant and in line with the client's requirements.
- Created reports for management
- Proofread client social media content before presenting the same to clients.
- Maintain a social media editorial calendar.- Follow up with clients for content, reviews, and any other information required.

Roles undertaken include:
- Generated daily reports, identified as well as met specific customer needs in regards to account opening as well as other bank products.

- Uploading daily customer interactions and queries to the Customer RelationsManagement System (E-CRM) for escalation where necessary.
- Did filing and record-keeping, which provided a source of reference for any queries later on
- Attending Customer Experience Meetings to learn how to handle customers, how to meet their expectations, and how to deliver an excellent customer experience
- People management at the banking hall. I guided customers to their respective banking queues during busy banking hours in the banking hall to ensure there was the ease of the flow of customers receiving services.
