• Plans against a defined hotel budget to maximise revenues through direct sales, marketing, e-commerce channels, public relations and community partnerships.
• Responsible for revenue maximisation by developing programs to increase occupancy and make profitable use of the Hotel accommodation, restaurants as well as meeting and leisure facilities.

• Communicates all internal and Group level promotions and related services to team members ensuring they have the proper information to upsell or respond to guest related queries.
• Takes action on leads and prospects gained and sends out quotations to the possible clients to create business for the Hotel.
• Oversees social media pages and executes social media content requests based on the internal planning calendar, through the Group, for authorization and content creation.
• Oversees the management of guest complaints and concerns through the related Departments, ensuring that these are dealt with in a professional and timely manner.
• Conducts specific training relating to up-selling and cross-selling of Hotel services for the Team Members.
• Establish and maintain accurate contract files in the database regularly updating them and sharing them with the Management upon request.
• Responsible for the immediate supervision, training, discipline and performance evaluation of all sales & marketing personnel.
